TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GOWN/DRESS FITTING APPOINTMENT & PURCHASES

At Ronstan and Ryan, we offer personalized gown fitting appointments to ensure the perfect fit and style for your special occasion. To provide the best experience, we have implemented the following terms and conditions for our fitting service and purchases.

1. SERVICE FEE

  • A 790.00 non-refundable service fee is required to confirm your gown fitting appointment.
  • This fee covers personalized styling assistance, gown selection, and fitting session with our dedicated staff.

2. REDEMPTION POLICY

  • If you purchase a gown during your appointment, the service fee will be deducted from your total bill.
  • If no purchase is made, the service fee remains as a charge for the fitting service.

3. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & UNAVOIDABLE INCIDENTS

  • You may reschedule once if you notify us at least 5 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the service fee.
  • In case the company is unable to service the appointment due to unavoidable incidents (e.g., unforeseen emergencies, staff unavailability, or force majeure), the company may:
    • Offer a different date/time schedule via SMS and email as soon as possible.
    • If rescheduling is not possible, refund the service fee in full.

4. APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

  • Duration: Each fitting session lasts 60 minutes to allow ample time for trying on gowns.
  • Number of Gowns: Customers may try on up to 4 gowns per session. Additional gowns may require an extended fitting session at an extra charge.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your fitting time will still end as scheduled, and the number of gowns you can try on may be reduced accordingly.

5. READY-TO-WEAR & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

  • All items are ready-to-wear and designed for standard sizing.
  • Only approved customizations (such as minor adjustments, length alterations, or approved design modifications) are allowed.
  • Each approved design customization will incur additional charges, depending on the complexity and materials required.
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations made by third parties void any return or exchange policy.

6. COLOR AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Please note that not all gown colors and variations may be available for fitting at the store.
  • Fitting samples are provided to help you assess the style, fit, and fabric of the gown. Custom or alternative colors may need to be ordered separately.

7. PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDER POLICY

  • Standard production time for made-to-order gowns is 10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Rush Order Options:
    • 5 business days – Additional rush/priority fee of 690.00.
    • 3 business days – Additional higher rush fee of 1,100.00 (subject to availability).
  • Rush orders are subject to fabric availability and production capacity.

8. FINAL SALE POLICY

  • All backorder and made-to-order items are final sale.
  • All discounted and sale items are final sale.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customers must review their order details, including size, color, and style, before finalizing the purchase.

9. WEBSITE VS. STORE PURCHASE POLICY

  • Website purchases and in-store purchases may have different offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • Discounts or promotions offered in-store may not be applicable online, and vice versa.
  • Customers should check the website or inquire in-store for current offers, as promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR SIZE CHANGES

  • Ronstan and Ryan is not liable if the customer gains or loses weight after the fitting, resulting in changes to the gown’s fit.
  • Any necessary alterations due to weight changes will be charged separately and are subject to our alteration policies.

11. PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

A. In-Store Personal Pick-Up

  • Customers who choose to pick up their orders in-store must provide the following:
    • Order Number for verification.
    • A copy of the invoice (printed or digital).
  • Full payment is required upon ordering before pick-up can be scheduled.
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days from the scheduled pick-up date may be subject to storage fees.

B. On-Demand Delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)

  • Customers may arrange their own on-demand delivery services (Grab, Lalamove, or similar).
  • The customer is responsible for booking and paying for the delivery service. Once the gown has been handed over to the rider, [Your Brand Name] is no longer liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier.
  • For shipping concerns: Customers should communicate directly with the delivery service provider for any issues after pick-up.

12. PRODUCT DELIVERY, UNBOXING & ISSUE REPORTING POLICY

  • Upon receiving your gown, you are required to record a full unboxing video with no pauses, edits, or cuts to serve as proof of the gown’s condition upon arrival.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the gown being taken out for inspection.
  • The video must also show all angles of the gown, including the front, back, sides, and close-ups of the fabric and details.
  • This video is necessary to process any claims regarding material damage, defects, or missing items.
  • Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the inability to resolve claims for damage or defects.

For Any Concerns Upon Receiving the Item:

  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Items must remain unaltered and in their original condition (no stains, signs of wear, perfume, etc.).

13. WALK-INS & AVAILABILITY

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Priority is given to customers with scheduled appointments.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The service fee, rush fee, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
  • By booking a fitting appointment or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
