TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GOWN FITTING APPOINTMENT & PURCHASES
1. SERVICE FEE
- A ₱790.00 non-refundable service fee is required to confirm your gown fitting appointment.
- This fee covers:
- Personalized styling assistance
- Gown selection
- Fitting session with our dedicated staff
2. REDEMPTION POLICY
- If you purchase a gown during your appointment, the service fee will be deducted from your total bill.
- Note: The service fee is only deductible from gown purchases.
- For short or midi dresses, the service fee is not deductible from the total bill.
- If no purchase is made, the service fee will still serve as payment for the personalized fitting session.
- This policy helps us cover operational costs such as laundering, steaming, and sanitizing of fitting samples.
3. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & UNAVOIDABLE INCIDENTS
- You may reschedule your appointment once if notice is given at least 5 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the service fee.
- If the company is unable to fulfill your appointment due to unavoidable incidents (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies, or force majeure), we may:
- Offer a new date/time via SMS or email
- Refund the full service fee if rescheduling is not possible
4. APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
- Duration: Each fitting session lasts 60 minutes.
- Gown Limit: Customers may try on up to 4 gowns per session.
- Additional gowns may require an extended session with extra fees.
- Late Arrivals: Fitting time ends as scheduled regardless of arrival time.
- Companion Policy: Only 1 companion allowed per customer for a focused and exclusive experience.
5. READY-TO-WEAR & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
- All items are ready-to-wear and follow standard sizing.
- Only approved customizations (e.g., length adjustment or minor modifications) are allowed and may incur additional charges.
- Unauthorized modifications by third parties void any eligibility for returns or exchanges.
6. COLOR AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
- Not all gown colors or variations are available for in-store fitting.
- Sample gowns are provided to assess style, fit, and fabric.
- Custom or alternate colors may need to be specially ordered.
7. PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDER POLICY
- Standard Production: 10 business days from date of purchase.
- Rush Order Options:
- 5 business days – ₱690.00 additional rush fee
- 3 business days – ₱1,100.00 rush fee (subject to availability)
- Rush processing is subject to fabric availability and production capacity.
8. FINAL SALE POLICY
- All backorder and made-to-order items are final sale.
- All discounted/sale items are final sale.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing size, color, and design before purchase.
9. WEBSITE VS. STORE PURCHASE POLICY
- Website and in-store purchases may have different promotions or offers.
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Customers should verify current promotions on the website or in-store.
10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR SIZE CHANGES
- Ronstan and Ryan is not liable for changes in fit due to weight gain or loss after fitting.
- Any size alterations due to body changes will incur additional fees and follow our alteration policies.
11. PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
A. In-Store Personal Pick-Up
- Required for pick-up:
- Order number
- Copy of the invoice (digital or printed)
- Full payment is required before scheduling pick-up.
- Orders unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to storage fees.
B. On-Demand Delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)
- Customers may arrange their own delivery.
- Ronstan and Ryan is not liable for loss, damage, or delays after handover to the courier.
- Delivery issues should be addressed directly with the service provider.
12. PRODUCT DELIVERY, UNBOXING & ISSUE REPORTING POLICY
- Customers must record a full, unedited unboxing video upon receiving the gown.
- Must clearly show opening, full gown view (front, back, sides), and details.
- This video is required for any claim of defect, damage, or missing items.
- Without the unboxing video, no claims will be honored.

- Items must remain unaltered and in original condition (no stains, wear, perfume, etc.)
13. WALK-INS & AVAILABILITY
- Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
- Customers with appointments will be given priority.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All fees and policies may change without prior notice.
- By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
