TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GOWN FITTING APPOINTMENT & PURCHASES

1. SERVICE FEE

A ₱790.00 non-refundable service fee is required to secure your gown fitting appointment.
This fee covers:

  • Personalized styling and fitting assistance

  • Expert guidance in gown selection

  • A one-on-one consultation with our dedicated staff

Once paid, this service fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance — including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, changes of mind, or non-purchase of any item.

2. REDEMPTION POLICY

If a gown is purchased during your appointment, the ₱790 service fee will be credited toward your total bill.

Please note:

  • The service fee is deductible only from gown purchases.

  • It cannot be applied to short or midi dresses.

  • If no gown is purchased, the fee remains payment for your personalized fitting experience.

This policy allows us to maintain high standards by covering essential operational costs such as gown steaming, laundering, and sanitizing of fitting samples.

3. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & UNAVOIDABLE INCIDENTS

  • You may reschedule once if notice is given at least 5 hours before your appointment time.

  • Cancellations or no-shows automatically forfeit the service fee.

  • If Ronstan & Ryan cancels due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., emergencies, staff unavailability, or force majeure), a new date and time will be offered via SMS or email.

4. APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

  • Duration: Each fitting session lasts 60 minutes.

  • Gown Limit: Up to 4 gowns per session. Additional gowns may require an extended session and extra fees.

  • Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival delays.

  • Companions: Only one companion per customer is allowed to ensure a focused styling experience.

5. READY-TO-WEAR & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

  • All gowns are ready-to-wear and follow standard sizing.

  • Only approved minor customizations (e.g., length adjustments) are allowed and may incur additional fees.

  • Any unauthorized alterations by third parties void eligibility for returns or exchanges.

6. COLOR AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Not all colors or gown variations are available for in-store fitting.

  • Samples are provided for assessing fabric, fit, and design.

  • Alternate or custom colors may require a special order.

7. PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDER POLICY

  • Standard production time: 10 business days from the purchase date.

  • Rush orders:

    • 5 business days – ₱690 rush fee

    • 3 business days – ₱1,100 rush fee (subject to availability)

Rush processing is subject to fabric availability and production capacity.

8. FINAL SALE POLICY

  • All backorder and made-to-order items are final sale.

  • All discounted or sale items are final sale.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Please ensure you verify size, color, and design before confirming your order.

9. WEBSITE VS. STORE PURCHASE POLICY

  • Promotions and pricing may vary between the website and the physical store.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers are encouraged to verify current promotions online or in-store.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR SIZE CHANGES

Ronstan & Ryan is not responsible for fit issues resulting from weight fluctuations or body changes after your fitting session. Any alterations required due to size changes will incur additional fees.

11. PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

A. In-Store Pick-Up

  • Present your order number and proof of purchase (digital or printed).

  • Full payment is required before pick-up.

  • Unclaimed orders beyond 30 days may incur storage fees.

B. On-Demand Delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)

  • Customers may arrange their own courier.

  • Ronstan & Ryan is not liable for loss, damage, or delay once the item has been handed over to the courier.

  • Any delivery concerns must be coordinated directly with the courier.

12. UNBOXING & ISSUE REPORTING POLICY

  • A complete, unedited unboxing video is required for any claim of damage, defect, or missing items.

  • The video must show the entire process, including package opening and full gown inspection (front, back, and details).

  • Without a valid unboxing video, claims will not be honored.

To report an issue (within 24 hours of receipt):

Items must remain unaltered and in original condition (no stains, wear, or scent).

13. WALK-INS & AVAILABILITY

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to staff and fitting room availability.

  • Customers with booked appointments are prioritized.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All fees and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

  • By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
