  1. Review YOUR ORDER carefully to verify that ALL INFORMATION is correct. COMPLETE and CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS and WORKING MOBILE NUMBER should be indicated to avoid any inconveniences such as delivery issues etc. ALL UPDATES REGARDING THE ORDER WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS indicated on the account you created in our website.
  2. We are using Neoprene / Spanribs / Interlock fabric semi stretch, fabrics stretch in one direction. Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer’s monitor and smartphones have a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.

  3. YOU MUST check our size guide CAREFULLY. And YOU MUST measure your body size first before ordering. Use a tape measure, with the correct measurement in inches.
    *It’s usually best to order the size that follows your waistline measurement.
  4. ANY CUSTOMIZATION OF DESIGN IS NOT ALLOWED.
  5. Once checked out, order is FINAL. Meaning, NO ORDER CHANGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED. Order changes such as, change in shipping mode (Courier), change of shipping address, change of order (color, size, design etc.), change of payment mode, etc. Any special request of the customer regarding order, indicated in the NOTE SECTION, unless approved by the SELLER via email, will NOT BE HONORED.
    *In case of unavoidable incidents, circumstances in the production of order, seller may be needing to contact customer to offer other options for resolution to complete and fulfil the order.
  6. In case of ADDITIONAL ORDER/S, you need to Order again on the website, for it will be considered a SEPARATE ORDER WITH SEPARATE SHIPPING FEE and Order number.
  7. Payment cut off time is strictly 11 am from Mondays to Fridays. Successful BUX, Paymongo and Paypal payment will be automatically posted in our system.
    For payments using GCASH, PAYMAYA ACCOUNT NUMBER, OVER-THE COUNTER/ONLINE FUND TRANSFER, PAYMENT CONFIRMATION IS QUEUING and MAY TAKE APPROXIMATELY 24 HOURS.
    It’s always best to secure a screenshot of your payment transaction for future reference however no need to send it to us unless otherwise needed for further verification.

7a. If proof of payment is received and posted in our account BEFORE 11:00 am (Mondays to Fridays), preparation / production of your order will start 1:00 pm, the same day.
7b. If proof of payment is received and posted in our account AFTER 11:00 am (Mondays to Fridays), preparation / production of your order will start on the next business day.
7c. If proof of payment is received and posted in our account on Saturday or Sunday, preparation / production of your order will start on Monday.

  1. Once payment is posted, all items take approximately 2-3 business days in production (cutting, sewing, packing, encoding of shipping details etc.) then shipping. For orders made during our Sale and other promos, items may take approximately 4-5 business days due to volume surge of orders. Shipping of items are done during business days (Mondays to Fridays). No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If shipping date given falls on a holiday, shipment will resume on the next business day. Delivery expected Time of Arrival will DEPEND ON THE COURIER that you will choose. Please be advised that due to our current situation production and shipping might have delays. 

Example given:
Payment is made March 1, 2021, Monday, 10:45 am, shipment will be on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Metro Manila delivery thru J&T express, takes approximately 24-48 hrs. Customer may receive the parcel March 6, 2021, Saturday. Provincial delivery thru J&T express, takes approximately 3-7 days. Customer may receive the parcel March 11, 2021, Thursday.
For Lalamove/Grab delivery, you may book pick up on Thursday, March 9, 2021, from 1:30-4:30 pm. Customer receives the parcel, March 9, 2021, same day.

  1. NO RUSH SHIPPING. In proceeding in checkout, you must understand the ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL of your order.
    If the item is intended to be used in a special occasion, YOU MUST, ATLEAST, ORDER YOUR ITEM, 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME.Especially for shipment outside Metro Manila.
  2. Courier has their own sets of Standard Operating Procedure, any special request of the customer regarding delivery, such us time and day of delivery, etc.; and any delays in the part of the courier is NONE of our control.
  3. Any Fortuitous event during shipment reported by the courier, customer may need to contact the courier.
  4. In case of re-shipping due to lock downs or the shipping address is unserviceable due to our current situation, unforeseen circumstances, customer may need to shoulder / pay the RE-SHIPPING FEE.
