TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GOWN FITTING APPOINTMENT & PURCHASES

At Ronstan and Ryan, we provide curated gown fitting appointments to deliver a focused and professional styling experience. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. FITTING SERVICE FEE

• A ₱790.00 non-refundable fitting service fee is required to secure and confirm a gown fitting appointment.

• This fee covers:

  • Personalized styling consultation

  • Access to fitting samples

  • Guided fitting session with our staff

Important:

• The fitting service fee is strictly non-deductible and non-convertible.

• The fee will not be applied, credited, or deducted from any purchase, including gowns, short dresses, midi dresses, accessories, or other items.

2. PURPOSE OF SERVICE FEE

• The fitting service fee compensates for operational costs, including but not limited to:

  • Professional styling assistance

  • Sample handling, laundering, steaming, and sanitization

  • Time allocation and appointment slot reservation

• The service fee applies regardless of whether a purchase is made.

3. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & UNAVOIDABLE INCIDENTS

• One (1) reschedule is allowed provided notice is given at least 5 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the service fee.

• If Ronstan and Ryan is unable to fulfill an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies, force majeure), we may:

  • Offer an alternative date and time via SMS or email, or

  • Issue a full refund of the service fee if rescheduling is not possible.

4. APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

• Session Duration: 60 minutes per appointment

• Gown Limit: Up to 4 gowns per session

• Additional gowns may require an extended session and corresponding fees.

• Late Arrivals: Session will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival.

• Companion Policy: One (1) companion only per customer to maintain a focused fitting experience.

5. READY-TO-WEAR & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

• All items are ready-to-wear and follow standard sizing.

• Only approved customizations (e.g., length adjustments or minor alterations) are permitted and may incur additional charges.

• Any unauthorized third-party modifications automatically void eligibility for returns, exchanges, or adjustments.

6. COLOR AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Not all colors or variations are available for in-store fitting.

• Sample gowns are provided to assess silhouette, fit, and fabric only.

• Special color requests may require a made-to-order arrangement.

7. PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDER POLICY

• Standard Production: 10 business days from date of full payment

• Rush Orders (subject to approval and availability):

  • 5 business days – ₱690.00 rush fee

  • 3 business days – ₱1,100.00 rush fee

• Rush processing is subject to fabric availability and production capacity.

8. FINAL SALE POLICY

• All made-to-order, backorder, discounted, and sale items are final sale.

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

• Customers are responsible for verifying size, color, and design details prior to purchase.

9. WEBSITE VS. IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICY

• Website and in-store purchases may carry different pricing, promotions, or offers.

• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER FOR SIZE CHANGES

• Ronstan and Ryan is not responsible for fit changes resulting from weight gain or loss after fitting.

• Alterations due to body changes will incur additional fees and follow standard alteration policies.

11. PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

A. In-Store Pick-Up

• Required for release:

  • Order number

  • Invoice copy (digital or printed)

• Full payment is required before pick-up scheduling.

• Orders unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to storage fees.

B. On-Demand Courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)

• Customers may book their preferred courier.

• Ronstan and Ryan is not liable for loss, damage, or delays after courier handover.

• Any delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the courier provider.

12. UNBOXING & ISSUE REPORTING POLICY

• A full, unedited unboxing video is required for any claims.

• Video must clearly show:

  • Package opening

  • Full gown view (front, back, sides)

  • Detailed close-ups

• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be honored.

Issue Reporting Window:

• Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via:

  • Instagram DM

  • Facebook Messenger

Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

13. WALK-INS & AVAILABILITY

• Walk-ins are accommodated subject to availability.

• Customers with confirmed appointments are prioritized.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Policies, fees, and terms may be updated without prior notice.

• Booking an appointment or completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
